The company started out by taking on smaller projects that were referred to Pat Mackaronis from relationships he had in the local New York City construction industries primarily in the outer boroughs like Brooklyn and Queens working on warehouse renovations, or private cement and concrete work.
As the company evolved Pat Mackaronis was able to develop a larger team more experienced in heavy equipment and civil contracts where the company would work as a contractor or subcontractor for larger city jobs like removing copper telephone cables from the sewers in Manhattan or renovating and repairing public parks and underground utilities.
Pat Mackaronis soon was able to hire experienced management that supports all areas of operation along a heavy construction company like heavy equipment maintenance and repair, bidding on larger civil contracts, site supervision, project management and general office matters.
Today Pat Mackaronis and Mack Construction Corp are growing the business to new heights targeting all 5 NYC Boroughs and also Northern New Jersey.
